1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using OneLink's fleet management and telematics platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneLink provides fleet management software and telematics hardware for oilfield operations. Our services include:

• Real-time GPS tracking and fleet monitoring
• Zero-touch digital ticketing with no driver interaction
• Dispatch operations and job management
• Maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking
• Vehicle telematics and performance monitoring

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Subscription and Payment

OneLink offers subscription-based services with the following terms:

• Free Trial: Trial device with limited platform access
• Fleet Plan: $3,000 per month for up to 10 vehicles with full platform access
• Scale Plan: $200 per vehicle + $50 per additional user
• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Prices may change with 30 days written notice
• No refunds for partial months of service

6. Hardware and Installation

For services requiring hardware installation:

• Hardware remains property of OneLink during subscription period
• Professional installation is included in subscription fee
• Customer is responsible for providing access to vehicles
• Damage to hardware may result in replacement fees
• Hardware must be returned upon service termination

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be discontinued
• All hardware must be returned within 30 days
• Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

10. Limitation of Liability

OneLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OneLink expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
